Gardener picked three sprouts from the sprouter bag and mounted them on a piece of pigmat. He is trying to keep the cotyledons dry and thus free from mold while maintaining moisture for the small roots. An experiment he said it was. After a few days Broccoli was struggling but still green. They are demonstrating the will to survive, a necessary trait if you want to live here.
